A. Try a different browser

  1. Try watching the video in a different browser.
  2. If the video played correctly on a different browser, then you need to update the browser where the live stream is not playing correctly.

  3. Next, you need to clear the cache in your browser: How to Clear Cache in Every Major Browsers


B. Check the Service Schedule of the ministry

  1. Sometimes viewers tend to come early and click the link of the live stream even if it's not yet the time of the service. Some ministries have a countdown installed so you know when the broadcast will start.
  2. But other ministries don't have it. Always check the service schedule located below the header of the ministry, above the video player as shown below highlighted in Yellow:
  3. To be sure, DO NOT CLICK the play button if the status says "Click Here to Watch Live". This will change to "Live Event in Progress" once broadcast started. That's the time you should CLICK on the PLAY button .

C. Install/Update Flash Player


Our system requires that you download and install the most up to date version of Adobe Flash Media Player to view our content. Below are the installation instructions:


Windows
  1. Installation of Adobe Flash Player may require administrative access to your PC, which is normally provided by your IT department or your administrator. For the installation to succeed, you may be asked to close all open browser windows during the installation.
  2. Click the Download Now button above. A dialog box will appear asking you where to save the Installer.
  3. Save the Installer to your desktop, and wait for it to download completely.
  4. An Installer icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on it.
  5. You may be prompted to close open browser windows to continue with the installation.
  6. You can verify the version you have installed by visiting the About Flash page.
Mac
  1. Installation of Adobe Flash Player may require administrative access to your PC, which is normally provided by your IT department. For the installation to succeed, you will be asked to close all open browser windows during the installation.
  2. Click the download link to begin installation. If a dialog box appears, follow the instructions to save the installer to your desktop.
  3. Save the Installer to your desktop, and wait for it to download completely.
  4. An Installer icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on it.
  5. Read and click through the dialog boxes. You will be prompted to close all open browser windows to continue with the installation.
  6. When the Install button appears, click it to install Adobe Flash Player into your browser's plug-ins folder.
  7.  You can verify the version you have installed by visiting the About Flash Player page.

D. Esure your browser supports HTML5


Most of the video players were updated to Bitmovin which requires HTML5. HTML5 is usually pre-installed already or comes with an updated browser. Click the links below to update your browser to the latest version:
