There may be several reasons why you can't hear the audio on the live stream. Please perform the following troubleshooting steps:


1. Check if the live stream player is not on MUTE.

If the icon is like the one below, it means the audio is on MUTE on your live stream player.

Click on the icon to UNMUTE the live stream player. The icon should look like below:



2. If you verified that the live stream player is not on MUTE but you can't still hear the audio, check if your PC's sound device is enabled.

i. Go to another website and play a video. If you can't also hear the audio on the video, then your PC's sound device might be on MUTE. Check the task bar for the icon of your PC's sound device.

If the icon is like the one below, it means the PC's sound device is on MUTE.

Click on the icon to UNMUTE the PC's sound device. The icon should look like below:


ii. If you have multiple sound devices installed - such as speakers and headsets. Make sure that you select the correct device you want to hear the audio.


iii. If you're able to hear the audio from the video on another website, then it must be an issue on how the live stream was configured. Please inform our Customer Support immediately.
